FAQ’s

From placing the order to your delivery we try to stay under 2 hours, but our delivery window can be up to 3 hours.

If you will not be at the delivery location for 3 hours, please wait to order until you can be!

NOTE: Please be courteous and expect delays during inclement weather, Holidays (including 420), and our busiest days (Fri & Sat) as well as check days and the end of the month. We will do our best to get your order to you as fast as possible during those times. Typical times on those days can average up to 4 hours.

We deliver to residential addresses within London Ontario only.

If you live within London city limits delivery is $10 if you spend less than $100. Delivery is $5 if you spend over $100, and FREE if you order $200 or more.

Currently we only accept cash and e-transfer. If paying with cash; simply place your order and we will collect cash upon delivery.
If paying via e-transfer; place your order and call or text to receive our payment email, don’t forget to put your order number in the notes before sending your e-transfer!
