How The Club Works
How do I earn points?+
You earn points on every eligible completed order. The earn rate depends on your tier: Lifted earns 1 pt/$1, Cruising Altitude earns 1.25 pts/$1, and Cloud 9 earns 1.5 pts/$1. Points are based on your final post-discount subtotal, excluding taxes and delivery fees.
How do I redeem points?+
Choose a redemption at checkout: 200 points for $10 off, 600 points for $30 off, or 1,200 points for $60 off. Each redemption has a minimum order amount ($50, $75 and $120 respectively). You can also choose not to use points and save them for later.
Do my points or tier expire?+
Your tier status never decreases. Once you reach a tier, you keep it for life. Points themselves do not have a standard expiry, but we recommend checking your account regularly.
Can I use a coupon code AND points?+
Yes. You can use one coupon code and points in the same order. The combined discount (coupon + points) cannot exceed your tier’s cart cap: 30% for Lifted, 40% for Cruising Altitude, or 50% for Cloud 9. The cap is calculated on the post-coupon subtotal.
Is age verification required?+
Yes. All purchases and Cloud 9 Club membership require age verification. You must be 19+ to order. Referral bonuses also require age verification for both parties to be awarded.
How does the Birthday Bonus work?+
Place a qualifying order within 2 days of your birthday (the day before, the day of, or the day after) and earn 100 bonus points automatically. Your birthday must be saved in your Cloud 9 Club account profile before the order is placed. The birthday bonus is awarded once per calendar year per account.
Can guest orders earn points?+
No. Points are only earned on orders placed through a registered, logged-in Cloud 9 Club account. Guest checkouts do not earn points.
